1. Reservation
You will be required to pay a deposit when booking with Wonderscape Travel. The deposit will be 10% of the full payment. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Refunds
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam and Indochina; however, we realize that there are many reasons for this event.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to Wonderscape Travel given that a cancellation fee is applicable.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
+ 90 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% money back + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
+ 89 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation charge + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
+ 29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 30% cancellation charge + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
+ 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% cancellation charge + Airfare cancellation fees (according to the airline’s cancellation policy) if any
+ 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 % cancellation charge
+ No show: 100% cancellation charge
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
3. Change of the travel dates
In occasion when you are not able to travel at the time you have booked the trip. We offer the change of the travel dates (free of charge) after the booking if the changes are made more than 30 days before the departure. You can make the change of the dates only once after the trip booking.
4. Children Policy
The rate for children applicable for child sharing a room or cabin with two adults:
+ For infant (<02 years old): 10% adult rate.
+ 03 – 11 years old: 80% adult rate.
+ Child from 12 years old and above will pay as adult.
All tickets: Based on each airlines policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.
5. Alteration of Itinerary
Alterations to your itinerary before the booking is processed are happily processed free of charge. We want to provide the best tour possible for you. Alterations after you have received your booking confirmation letter will attract a fee of $10 USD per request.
Wonderscape Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alteration necessary. In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged accordingly. If the tour is to be changed at the request of the client(s), the client will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.
6. Travel Documentation
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Wonderscape Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
7. Health Requirements
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
8. Complaints and Claims
For dissatisfaction with any service Wonderscape Travel has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor immediately to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Wonderscape Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
9. Responsibility
+ Wonderscape Travel will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person(s), property in connection with climatic conditions, sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Wonderscape Travel’s control. Neither Wonderscape Travel nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
+ Wonderscape Travel shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruises, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Wonderscape Travel.
+ Wonderscape Travel is not responsible for clients failure to comply with customs regulations.
+ Wonderscape Travel is not responsible for the stealth and loss of any valuable item or belonging that is due to the negligence of the customer.
+ Wonderscape Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Wonderscape Travel has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Wonderscape Travel is liable for a full refund of the money received by Wonderscape Travel.
+ Many of Wonderscape Travel tour packages include activities which require special precaution. Such activities include boarding and going ashore by boats, climbing hills, entering/exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Wonderscape Travel, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after set employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary measures.
+ Wonderscape Travel reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
