Itinerary
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting at the lobby, holding the Wonderscape signboard with your name on it. You will be transferred to the hotel by private transportation. Check-in to the hotel and get over the jet lag. Check in time at 2PM
Have a rest then get ready for an interesting street food tour at night to try some of the most famous Vietnamese dishes.
You will meet your guide and start the walking trip:
Stroll through the historic Hanoi Old Quarter. Time to try some delicate food like some soup-based delicacies such as Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodles), Bun Thang (Rice Vermicelli Noodles with chicken and eggs), or Bun Bo Hue.
Enjoy some delectable Banh Cuon, often known as "Steamed Rice Rolls," and the world-wide famous Banh Mi.
Get a taste of local delicacies sold as snacks on the street, such as Nom Bo Kho (Dried Beef Salad), Nem Chua Ran (Fried Fermented Pork Roll), etc.

4: Then we driver up through the banana farm to see the beautiful and green of the vegetable farm along the way and we get to visit Kumquat farm these little trees are traditional gifts at Tet, the Vietnamese lunar new year, and adorn every family home, symbolizing, luck, health, wealth, fertility and peace.
5: Our next ride to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda is located on West Lake one of the biggest lake in Hanoi city, some point we can see overview of the city with beautiful houses and amazing view and see part of the rich people living.
6: Driver to Thanh Nien Street next to West Lake is Truc Bach Lake where we stop at the Monument of John MC Cain and see the lake and the place he get shot down, you will learn about the story of John MC Cain.
7: Now time continue rider through pass to see botanical garden and ride pass Small Alley see the narrow houses to visit Huu Tiep Lake to see the B.52 Crash site at the lake, this US bomber was shot down during the 1972 bombing raids of Hanoi, a poignant reminder of recent history.
8: After short ride on the Vespa toward Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum our rider will stop at the point you can see overview of the area including President Palace, Parliament Building and all government office, our guide will tell you about the history and story about Hanoi ...
9: The last attractions to enjoy Vietnamese coffee and you could try the famous coffee of Hanoi is Egg coffee besides the railway train tracks, we can see how of the local life & work, just centimetre from the train tracks in tall narrow houses.
10: We then get on the Vespa and head to the local restaurant for you enjoy the Vietnamese cuisine, after lunch our Vespa team will ride you back your hotel stay or you can get off anywhere you want just tell our rider. Say goodbye!

After breakfast at hotel, you drive to Halong bay. The scenery of Halong Bay where thousands of limestone islands jut out of the emerald sea, sculpted into bizarre shapes is truly an iconic image for Vietnam. An overnight boat trip is the best way to enjoy this Vietnamese must-see. After breakfast leave Hanoi for a 2hr30mins drive to Halong Bay including a 20-minutes stop on the way.
Arrive at the jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After a welcome onboard, lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board.
Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

Wake up early in the morning to witness the stunning sunrise and take in the fresh ocean air. Enjoy a delicious breakfast served on the boat while cruising leisurely through thousands of breathtaking islands in Halong Bay. This is a great opportunity to capture some amazing photos of the picturesque scenery.
Back to Hanoi before board your flight to Da Nang by private car no guide. Upon arrival, you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, explore the city or go shopping.

8:45 - 9:00 am: A local guide will meet you at your hotel and provide a bicycle ride to the local market, where you'll learn about vegetables' uses in food and medicine. Passing through small roads, rice fields, and taking pictures of buffalo, cows, or farmers working daily. Explore many beautiful views of the Hoi An countryside and meet many warm-hearted and lovely farmers. Then, visit Tra Que Vegetable Village, a traditional craft village.
10:15 am: At the Tra Que village, you will have a chance to enjoy É Water, a health-promoting tea made from garden herbs. Wear a farmer's uniform and a conical hat, and experience growing organic vegetables from ancient times.
10:50 am: Returning to the people's house, you will have your head, shoulders, and feet massaged with herbs from the garden.
11:30 am: After a relaxing massage, you'll prepare for a cooking class, learning how to make flowers from vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes, and spring onions. Then you will start learning five dishes and eating more rice and stir-fried morning glory with garlic.
Enjoy your lunch after the cooking class (vegetarian is available if requested).
1:30 pm: Take a rest and return to the hotel on your bike.

07:30: Start your tour at your hotel and arrive at HCM Agricultural Villages for a fun farming tour.
08:30: Visit the agricultural villages and walk around to explore the place. Here, you can take a look at the various areas of cow, buffalo, fish, prawn, chicken, and duck.
Head to the big herbs, spices, vegetables, and mushroom areas in the garden and become a real Vietnamese farmer in a traditional hat called “non la” and pick some ingredients for the next culinary class.
Participated in a Cooking Challenge at 10:00. Let’s practice your skill by cooking 3 dishes and 1 dessert, and enjoy what you made.
End the class with some certificates, recipes, and souvenirs from the instructor. You can give your emails and have a chance to update recipes monthly.

13:30: Get ready for a fantastic tour of the well-known attractions in Ho Chi Minh City:
Visit Cho Lon Market and Chinatown. This place has several authentic Chinese restaurants and many examples of classical Chinese architecture. Continue to discover the Great Temple.
Stop at the War Remnants Museum to learn realistically about the brutal effects of war in Vietnam and the crimes of the colonial army during the war.
Witness the outstanding Notre Dame Cathedral from the outside. All the building materials for Notre Dame Cathedral came from France.
The last stop is the Central Post Office, which is considered the largest post office in Vietnam and a great example of French architecture.
17:30: End trip. Go back to the hotel after an active day.
